Marion General Hospital (Marion, IN) is a designated Magnet® organization
for excellence in nursing services by the American Nurses Credential Center's
(ANCC) Magnet Recognition Program®. This prestigious designation recognizes
excellence in nursing services and is one of the highest levels of recognition
a hospital can achieve.
Designation as a Magnet hospital places MGH in a very select group of healthcare
organizations, both in Indiana and nationwide. Just 469 U.S. health care
organizations out of over 6,300 U.S. and 23 hospitals in Indiana have
achieved Magnet status.
