Work Right Occupational Health Sold

After careful consideration, Marion Health is electing to sell its Work Right occupational health service, which is located in our Ambulatory Care Center, effective August 1, 2009, to Ambucare Clinic.

“With the changes that have occurred in our community, there is not enough business to support two occupational health providers; therefore, we feel our decision is in the best interest of our Healthcare Community and will keep the services local,” explains Paul L. Usher, Marion Health President and CEO. “We are confident the needs of our community can be met through Ambucare Clinic, particularly with its recent addition of Don Barger who previously built the Work Right service at the Hospital.”

Current Work Right clients are encouraged to transition their business from Marion Health’s Work Right service to the new Ambucare Clinic Work Right service and may contact Don Barger at (765) 664-0511 to establish a relationship with Ambucare Clinic.

“We were the first provider of occupational health services in Grant County and we are committed to the delivery of excellent customer service to our clients,” states John L. Earnest, Executive Director of Ambucare Clinic. “We are looking forward to serving the needs of our business community through this acquisition.”
