MGH to hold 2015 Community Health Profile Info Session

As a trusted healthcare partner and provider, Marion General Hospital exists to transform the health and wellness of our Healthcare Community. It is our responsibility to complete a comprehensive community health needs assessment every three years. Currently, Marion General Hospital is facilitating the development of the Grant County Community Health Profile (CHP) in coordination with School of Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University.

In the upcoming months, we will be embarking on the journey to obtain as many health surveys from community members as possible. This project cannot be successful without the support of our partners and area businesses.

We would like to invite your organization to be a part of the CHP project. We are hosting a meeting to provide information and ask for your assistance during the survey process.

Please join us on August 5, 2015 from 11:30 to 12:45 p.m. in the Marion Health 330 Building located at 330 N. Wabash Ave. in conference rooms 1-3.

To confirm your acceptance, please RSVP to kelley.hochstetler@mgh.net or 765-660-7204.
