Community Health Profile Survey

As a trusted healthcare partner and provider, Marion Health exists to transform the health and wellness of our Healthcare Community. It is our responsibility to complete a comprehensive community health needs assessment every three years. Currently, Marion General Hospital is facilitating the development of the Grant County Community Health Profile (CHP) to prepare Grant County organizations to better serve the population.

In the upcoming months, Marion Health will be embarking on the journey to obtain as many health surveys from community members as possible.
